I only had two hours hours to create this manicure so i stayed relatively simple. I started with a white base color and then layered on my neon yellow so that the yellow would show up bolder. These photographs don't do the nails justice, my camera freaked out with such an intense neon, but i tried. I then painted some dark green lines and light green dots and finishing with some glitter.
