Rainbow Drops

I found a manicure on Pinterest that I had been meaning to try out so when I was given this incredible rainbow sticker I knew it was fate. (I cut up the said sticker so that I could use the rainbow drops underneath the word Fiesta on my car) I painted the tips of my nails white first and then color by color added on another curvilinear stripe onto each of my nails.
I usually keep my ring finger nail different from the rest, but a happy accident occurred that made me have my pointer finger as the odd one out (oh well). I added some glitter to that nail as well, as per usual.
Overall, I'm really excited by how this manicure came out and how well the sticker and mani go together.

Black Transitional Nails

After my Christmas manicure I didn't want to do a New Years manicure right away, so I decided to paint my nails black for a few days. This manicure got about 60 hours of wear, so I didn't want to really paint anything only to know that I would take it off in less than three days.

Also, it's really cool to see my nails with just a plain color.

Crime Scene Nail Art

After a solid three days of binge watching Criminal Minds, I was inspired to do a crime scene manicure. I did a couple of nails featuring blood, a body outline, two fingerprints, and some caution tape. The fingerprint nails are my favorite by far since I used my own fingerprints to create the bloody motif. I used white nail polish to cover my finger and transfer my fingerprint over and then when I put a topcoat on top of the design the burgundy nail polish bleed through (pun intended) the white to create a red tint over the print.

Designer Label Nail Art

One of my good friends loves all things designer so he asked me to paint his nails with ten of his favorite designer's logos. We ended up deciding to paint one hand white and the other one black with the script in the opposite color. One the white nail hand I painted on the Alexander McQueen logo, Fendi, Balmain, YSL, and Louboutin logo. For the black nail hand I painted Moschino, Chanel, Bally, Prada, and the Dior logo. Overall we were both really happy with how this manicure came out!

Guest feature of my hand since I still have on my Louboutin manicure.

Christian Louboutin Nail Art

I've done Christian Louboutin inspired nail before (like actually painting stilettos on my nails) so this time around I decided to do the ultimate Louboutin manicure. This trend has been on the internet for many years now and since my nails are adequately long enough I could do them successfully. That is, strictly speaking, painting the under part of my nails red (just like a classic Louboutin shoe).

I painted the top of all of my nails black and painted the under side of my nails first white and then red. Sealing everything with two coats of a glossy top coat, I now have a luxurious and simple manicure.

Black French Tip with Gold Accents

Once again, I didn't have a lot of time to spend painting my nails this weekend so this is what I ended up doing. I painted all of my nails a sheer nude base color and then painted on the black french tip for 8 of my nails. I left my two ring fingers blank only to add gold nail polish and black/red/white acrylic paint. Could I have been inspired by Game of Thrones (in relation to the color scheme), maybe.
