Monsters University Nail Art

This week, Merrill College's themed college night is Monsters University, so I thought it would be topic for me to paint my nails in theme as well. Pretty simple designs on each nail, drawing reference from the two main characters as well as some minor characters along the way.

Santa Cruz Inspired Nails

This will be my third Santa Cruz themed manicure, the first one being here and the second one here, so for this time around I wanted to feature some of Santa Cruz's beautiful landscapes. For my left hand I painted a bridge that is in the middle of the UCSC campus (near the engineering buildings) and on my right hand I painted the Santa Cruz beach boardwalk during sunset. I don't think I have ever done a manicure that needs multiple nails to make up the image so that was interesting to do. 

Trippy Colored Light/Shadow Art

Thought i would share this art exercise with y'all because I'm obsessed with how this all came out. Using three different colored lights; red, green, and blue; and with cut out paper i was able to create these designs with shadows on the adjacent wall.

UCSC Art Class Projects

This quarter I was lucky enough to be in an art class, more specifically a 3D art class. These are the first few projects that I have created so far.
